JG C.A.H.T is a guarantee of comprehensive treatment in terms of thermo-chemical technology as well as in the sputtering technology.

We have the most modern equipment that guarantees the implementation of extremely hard PVD coatings by sputtering as well as vacuum hardening, carburizing and ion nitriding.

As the first in Poland we had a device for applying PVD coatings with the magnetron method from CemeCon AG. Additionally the only furnace for and quenching as well as plasma nitriding by AMP Sp. z o.o is located in our machine park!

At JG Group all processes are carried out 100% in our plant under the supervision of our engineers. This is a guarantee of express service and minimizing the cost of order fulfillment.

Modern stamping tools work under the extreme loads and customers expect very high productivity, efficiency and production reliability. In order to meet market expectations we have developed the Tri -Lox technology based on the combination of three proven solutions in the field of wear off protection:

- Oil -Lox or quenching in oil
- Nitro-Lox or plasma nitriding
- M-Lox or PVD coatings

PVD coatings guarantee low production costs in plastics processing

At JG CAHT we apply the coatings using the Sputter technology. It is based on evaporating from the cathodes and sputtering it on the tools.
The advantage of the sputtering technology is that it provides an extremely smooth surface without defects.
We offer three types of PVD coatings:
M-LOX
D-LOX
TRI-LOX - DUPLEX technology
H-LOX


M-LOX, D-LOX and H-LOX coatings are dedicated to cutting tools, i.e. fuses, drills, reamers, etc.
While the TRI-LOX coating is a hybrid combination of the PVD and Ion nitriding processes this synergistic combination is an ideal solution for applications in the DIE & Mold segment
The above-mentioned solutions significantly affect the quality and extend the durability of the covered elements.

All operations within the entire process are performed 100% in our plant which guarantees the highest quality and maximum optimization of the order execution time!

Advantages of Oil-Lox® technology

The Oil-Lox® technology proceeds in heating the material to the austenitization temperature and then subjecting it to rapid cooling it transforms from austenite to unacceptable martensite. The next process is tempering the material. All processes take place in a "vacuum".
